Challenge

A field service company lost a major client after a four-hour response gap. Eight agents were online. Nobody responded because each assumed someone else was handling it.

That's not a people problem. WhatsApp has no message ownership, no queue visibility, no way for a team to coordinate without switching to a different platform entirely.

Solution

Sync sits on top of WhatsApp Business API. When a message comes in, the first agent to respond claims it — that claim broadcasts instantly, so nobody else touches the same conversation.
