TOM: Meeting Intelligence That Compounds

Challenge

You took notes. Maybe you got an auto-summary. Three months later you need to remember what was decided in that call with that client, and you have nowhere to look except a folder of recordings you're not going to sit through.

Most meeting tools solve one meeting at a time. Record, transcribe, summarize, done. None of them help with the harder problem: thinking across dozens of meetings and making actual use of what was decided.

Solution

TOM records using Apple's ScreenCaptureKit — no bot joins the call, nothing leaves your device. Transcription runs through your own OpenAI key. The data stays on your Mac.

After each call: a summary with action items, decisions, TL;DR. That's the baseline. The real thing is cross-meeting search — ask a question across your entire meeting history and get cited answers with timestamps pointing back to the exact moment in the video.

Month 1 is useful. Month 6 is a different tool entirely.
